This IBS show floor destination in the West Hall will feature the most innovative startups in residential construction and development. A limited number of revolutionary companies will be hand-selected and given this exclusive opportunity to showcase how they’re transforming the industry. In 2024, over 45 companies applied to be in the Zone and only 20 were selected by the SUZ Advisory Team to exhibit. The Start-Up Zone was a huge hit at the 2024 Show with more than 4,000 people visiting the Zone.
