Deadlines

HBA Hotel Deadline: December 17, 2025. This is the deadline for NAHB Members to reserve a room in their HBA's hotel block.

IBS Room Block Deadline: Monday, January 26, 2026.

NAHB has arranged for HotelPlanner to offer IBS Attendees & Exhibitors the opportunity to book rooms now that the Official IBS 2026 room block has closed.
HotelPlanner will present all options they have available in Orlando and the surrounding area including many hotels that are not Official IBS hotels and do not have shuttle service on Show days to the convention center. Booked a hotel through registration?

If you already made a reservation through the NAHB block and need to make changes or cancel your reservations, please note the following important dates:

Beginning January 29, 2026 - You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify room reservations. If you fail to cancel a room reservation in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy listed on your IBS confirmation, then the hotel will charge you one night’s room and tax on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. NAHB will not be responsible for any penalties related to failure to cancel a reservation.

On or after February 4, 2026 - Hotel confirmation numbers will be uploaded into your Housing and Registration Dashboard by this date for your access and convenience.

You can also book your hotel through Maritz, the official IBS Hotel Reservation Office. If you have any questions, please contact NAHB housing at [email protected].

Only NAHB staff and Maritz staff will reach out to you regarding rooms in the Official IBS Room Blocks. Anyone else who contacts you regarding rooms for IBS does not represent NAHB, IBS or Maritz; and NAHB can’t guarantee the services they offer or assist you should a problem arise with a hotel room booked outside of the block.
