Book your hotel through Maritz, the official IBS Hotel Reservation Office to receive the guaranteed lowest rate at some of the best-rated hotels and resorts in Las Vegas.

Here are some benefits you’ll enjoy:

• You are guaranteed a room. Hotels, like the airlines, "overbook" to compensate for a percentage of no-shows and cancellations. Occasionally, people with reservations might be displaced or "walked" to another hotel, but NAHB has contracted with host hotels to insure that you will have a room.
• By staying at a hotel within the block, you gain the opportunity to further network with industry peers and remain in the center of the activity surrounding IBS.
• Complimentary bus service to/from the convention center.
• Better networking where fellow attendees are staying.
• The ability to earn points with hotel loyalty programs.
• If you are is staying in a non-conference hotel, cab fares, car rental, and the time associated with travel to alternate hotels should be factored and may not benefit as much financially as planned.
