HBA Hotel Deadline: December 3, 2026. This is the deadline for NAHB Members to reserve a room in their HBA's hotel block.

IBS Room Block Deadline: Friday, January 8, 2027.

You can quickly and easily add an official IBS hotel to your IBS registration.

#2 Guaranteed a room. Hotels "overbook" to compensate for a percentage of no-shows and cancellations, so people with reservations might be displaced or "walked" to another hotel. NAHB has contracted with IBS host hotels to ensure that you will have a room.

Anyone else who contacts you regarding rooms for IBS does not represent NAHB, IBS or Maritz; and NAHB can’t guarantee the services they offer or assist you should a problem arise with a hotel room booked outside of the block.
