TNAH 2026
The New American Home® 2026, produced in collaboration with the NAHB Leading Suppliers Council and Professional Builder magazine, will not only serve as a cutting-edge exhibition of the industry’s latest innovations, but will also have a special tie to local community services. The 2026 edition, located in Winter Park, FL, will be the 43rd home in the program’s history, and will be built by Alair Homes.

The New American Remodel® (TNAR) is an official show home of the NAHB International Builders’ Show and a real-world showroom where new products are introduced, new engineering concepts are evaluated, new codes and standards are implemented and new design ideas are tested.
