Digital Content Creator/Influencer Policies

IBS Digital Content Creator credentials are available for qualified social media creators. To apply, you must complete the IBS Digital Content Creator registration and submit the required documentation. Application approval is based on the qualifications and documentation as outlined below. All Digital Content Creator registration requests will be reviewed for eligibility. You may be asked to provide supplemental information. Once your registration request has been approved, you will receive final confirmation.

Who qualifies?

Social media content creators, bloggers and podcasters with the following credentials are invited to attend.

• Following: 5,000+ followers/subscribers on preferred social channel
• Audience: Engaged housing/home building industry professionals
• Content: Quality content created for the housing industry and its affiliates

Additional Details

• There is a badge limit of two people per social media account. Each person who plans to attend needs to register individually. Any additional person registered with your account must be operating in a business capacity on behalf of the account and be an active part of the content creation team.
• NAHB reserves the right to deny any applicant if sufficient credentials are not provided.
• Personal social media accounts, accounts tied to a product or service provider, and those that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
• No solicitation will be permitted under this registration type.
• Misconduct or misrepresentation of position may result in loss of credentials and jeopardize future attendance.
