With so many education sessions across various industry sectors, the Builders’ Show is the ideal platform for speakers like you to share your knowledge and expertise with the home-building community.

NEW for IBS 2026! Submitting a Speaking Proposal Just Got Easier

For the first time, we consolidated the IBS Classroom Education Request for Proposal (RFP) process and the IBS Central Learning Program RFP process into a single RFP window for IBS 2026. Also new for 2026, there's an exciting opportunity to propose leading Super Sessions. These dynamic classroom experiences, typically lasting 1-2 hours, explore essential topics in depth, including sales, marketing, and design. We streamlined this process to make it easier and faster for you!

Speaking Opportunities at IBS are Highly Competitive

Being an IBS Speaker is a highly coveted position! All proposals undergo several layers of review by IBS attendees and members of the National Association of Home Builders. To ensure your submission has the best chance of being selected, read the Request for Proposals document carefully before submitting your proposal. The document walks you through the process and provides tips and advice on how to tailor your talk to our audience.

Proposal Submission Limits

Companies and organizations can submit a maximum of three proposals for IBS 2026. Individuals can submit a maximum of two proposals. These limits help ensure a diverse range of topics and speakers at the Builders’ Show.
