Easy Steps to Invite Your Customers to Register for a FREE IBS Expo Pass:

Go to your Dashboard. Each IBS exhibitor main contact should have received an email from [email protected], subject line: IBS 2026 CIT Program with instructions on how to access your Customer Invitation dashboard and tools. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Access your Landing Page. In your dashboard, hover over the Landing Page icon and choose to either "Click to View Page" or "Click to Copy Page Link."  Your Landing Page includes information and a registration button so your guests can take advantage of the special offer.

You can post your Landing Page link on social media or include it in your marketing emails. If you are using the digital banners in your email signature or web pages, be sure to link the Landing Page so your network can easily register using your invitation.

Send Email Invitations. In your dashboard, hover over the Email icon and click "Send Emails." You have the choice of four html templates where you can add your custom content and either download the Email to send on your own or upload a qualified list for Nvytes to send the Email on your behalf.

Share a PDF Invitation. In your dashboard, hover over the PDF icon and click "Download PDF." The PDF invitation includes your company logo, booth number and registration link. The PDF can be downloaded and sent as an email attachment or printed and used as a flyer.

Download Custom Web Banners.  In your dashboard, hover over the Web Banner icon and click "Download Banners." You have a choice of customized digital banners that can be used as an email signature, web banner, digital advertising and on social media.

Share your Digital Ads on Social Media. Your dashboard offers one-click posts on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. The posts include show information and booth number and are linked to registration. Also provided is an Instagram invitation post with a show-branded image. We include the registration link and caption in the directions for easy copying and pasting into your Instagram bio. Share Free Expo passes on social media weekly to improve engagement.
