Custom Building Central Sponsorship

Year after year, single-family custom builders are the largest group of attendees at the IBS, with approximately 8,000 in attendance. Custom Building Central is designed for high-end custom builders and architects who cater to this discerning market. This is their place to meet, attend workshops, socialize and gain perspective from experts on the multitude of details that come with building custom homes. This centrally located lounge features three days of education, networking, and special events. In 2024, the Custom Building Central received 2190 unique visitors, who accounted for 3426 total visits during the three days of the Show.
