By way of Atlanta Georgia, Robb Jones is a gruaduate from Morehouse College and earned his MBA from Clark Atlanta University School of Business. He then co-founder JLW Homes & Communities—an Atlanta based intown homebuilding and real estate development company- in 2001. Since then, he has accumulated twenty five years of experience in the real estate development and building industry, planning and developing multi-million-dollar urban single family residential redevelopment ventures in many of Atlanta’s historic communities. Robb, and his best friend Ralph Cook, founded Cityscape in 2016 wehre he continues to master project planning and programming, in addition to the production homebuilding model. His current overall responsibilities at Cityscape include managing project functions along with staff, real estate professionals and consultants from inception to completion. He regularly monitors the corporate business practices, creates internal infrastructure and maintains operational efficiencies. Jones is also adamant about employing best practice and holistic approach to all real estate projects, while maintaining a keen focus on providing customer care and homebuying experience for all the company’s customers. Among his accomplishments, he is the recipient of the Phoenix Award, an honor bestowed upon the Protégé of the Year of the Georgia’s Governor’s Mentor Protégé Program, Pacesetters Award (Atlanta Business Chronicle) and Inner City 100, as well as a Professionalism Award from Greater Atlanta Homebuilders.
