Chad Hackmann is a Regional Partner with Alair, where he leads award‑winning custom home building and remodeling teams in Arlington, Falls Church, and Washington, DC, while supporting the franchise’s expansion across the DC-Metro. With nearly 30 years in the construction industry, Chad began his career in Washington, D.C., before launching his own firm in 2006 and later joining Alair in 2017. Named the 2025 Remodeler of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), Chad serves on the HBAV Board of Directors and as a Leadership Council Delegate for the National Association of Home Builders. He previously chaired the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association’s Custom Builders Council. Passionate about developing future talent, Chad regularly engages with students and mentors emerging builders. Above all, he is a dedicated husband and father of four.
