Grace is the author of "AI in Residential Construction: A Blueprint for Lasting Impact and Success" (NAHB, 2026) for building professionals and "Revivify Your Home: Take Control of Your Home Improvement with Peace of Mind and Level Up Your Life” (Archway, 2019) for homeowners. She is also the founder of HomeRES.ai, an AI platform that helps residential builders construct stronger, smarter, healthier homes while defining affordable paths for homeowners through incentives. She connects AI technology with the daily realities of residential construction. With a Master of Architecture from Yale, NASCLA-accredited commercial general contractor and multi-state residential contractor licenses, three U.S. patents, and over 25 years in design, construction, and technology, she's worked on over 5,000 projects, from seismic retrofit of the UC Berkeley football stadium to custom homes. This experience gives her a deep understanding of what the industry actually needs to succeed. After evacuating from the LA wildfire, Grace founded HomeRES.ai to make resilient, efficient, sustainable construction both accessible and profitable. Her platform turns "this costs more" conversations into "this pays for itself" discussions by identifying property-specific rebates, grants, and insurance discounts that help homeowners afford upgrades while protecting families and communities. She is building a future where every home is resilient, every upgrade is affordable, every community is protected, and every designer and builder is empowered. Grace's mission is simple: help designers and contractors win on expertise (not just price), build stronger homes, and create lasting relationships with clients who trust and refer them.
