Alexis is a development manager with a decade of experience in both the practical and legal side of real estate. She has overseen a pipeline of multifamily and BTR developments throughout the Southeast with a total value of over $400M and is managing a current pipeline of $300M in ongoing development. While currently focused on build-to-rent product, her background includes federal development for the US Department of Veterans Affairs and real estate license law prosecution for the State of Illinois. She currently lives in metro Atlanta with her husband and children.
