Throughout his career, Myles Cardenas has made significant contributions to both the homebuilding industry and his local community. As a Land Development Manager for Taylor Morrison in Atlanta, Myles oversees the full lifecycle of projects from Entitlements through Land Development, ensuring efficient execution and cross functional alignment. With nine years of experience at CalAtlantic Homes, Lennar, McKinley Homes, and now Taylor Morrison, he brings a strong background in both Construction and Land Development that drives synergy and strategic insight in his role. At Taylor Morrison, Myles serves as Chair of the Atlanta Division’s DEIB Subcommittee, where he leads initiatives focused on fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace. His dedication to advancing the industry is equally reflected in his commitment to Workforce Development through meaningful work with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA), the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Myles also serves as Chair of the NAHB Student Chapters Advisory Board and is an active member of the NAHB Young Professionals Committee. Myles’ impact has been recognized nationally. He was named to the 2025 Class of Pro Builder’s Young Guns & Legends List, received the 2024 NAHB Young Professional Award for Region B, and was honored with the 2024 Taylor Morrison TM Living Award—a testament to his leadership, service, and industry excellence. Myles is also a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia, and a certfied Earthcraft Builder.
