Fritzi is a Master Instructor since 2021 and has been conducting CAPS and UDE training since 2015. She was awarded 2019 Educator of the Year. As the CEO of Household Guardians, she offers consulting to professionals and consumers on aging in place and home safety. She also serves as the Director of Education for Age Safe America. She is a founding member of the San Diego chapter of the National Aging in Place Council, former Chairman of NARI, San Diego and board member of Foundation for Senior Well Being and San Diego County Council on Aging. As an AARP volunteer, she conducts Home Fit training throughout CA. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, Universal Design Certified Professional and Senior Home Safety Specialist. And she loves teaching CAPS!
