As the founder of Avid Ratings, he steered the company to serve over 2,500 clients across North America, earning prestigious recognition as a Top 50 Most Influential Technology Company in both 2014 and 2015. In a significant milestone, Paul successfully divested a majority of his ownership stake in Avid Ratings to former Microsoft executives and venture capital firms in 2019 and fully exited the company to ECI in 2024. Paul has since embarked on a new chapter, investing in groundbreaking startups, providing strategic consulting services, and co-founding On3.ai. This venture introduced an AI-driven mobile application designed to support frontline workers.
