Born into the contracting business, Leo’s 30+ years experience in home remodeling and years as the principal corporate officer have given him an extensive knowledge of multiple trades. He has significant experience remodeling older homes in the Richmond area and has earned the Class “A” contractor certification. Leo has been honored as the Local, State and National Remodeler of the Year for HBAR, HBAV and NAHB Remodelers. He is an education proponent and has earned the CAPS, GMR, GMB, CGP and CGR designations. He owns the Design, Build, and Remodel firm of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. located in Glen Allen, VA which is a suburb of Richmond.
