Emily Correa is Vice President of Marketing at Hyphen Solutions, where she leads brand strategy and go to market execution across the company’s residential construction software and ePayments portfolio.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in B2B and SaaS, Emily has built her career in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where real work often falls to the people who simply make things happen. She has seen firsthand how women across organizations become the invisible glue by bridging teams, translating complexity and filling operational gaps, often at the cost of their own capacity and advancement.

Her work today centers on helping teams get clear about who owns what, where work is getting stuck and what is quietly falling on the same few people. She focuses on making work visible so leaders can fix problems in the system rather than relying on individual heroics to keep things moving.

At Hyphen, Emily partners closely with Builders, Suppliers, Manufacturers and Trades to design programs that strengthen connection, accountability and long-term scale.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida and remains active in community leadership. Emily is passionate about building sustainable systems, growing leaders and ensuring women are no longer expected to hold everything together in silence.
