Joseph Irons is the President and General Manager of Irons Brothers Construction, a nationally recognized design-build firm based in Shoreline, WA. With more than 26 years of experience in residential remodeling, Joseph is a Certified Builder, published author, and accredited educator. He has served as President of the Building Industry Association of Washington (2022) and the Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties (2016), demonstrating his leadership and commitment to the building industry. 

Joseph specializes in Aging-in-Place and inclusive design, training builders, architects, and healthcare professionals to create safe, functional homes for all ages and abilities. His firm earned the National Association of Home Builders Safety Award in 2019 for excellence in jobsite safety. Beyond his professional work, Joseph leads community initiatives such as Rampathon and youth birdhouse-building projects.
