    What It's About

Climate change is making environments harsher and more extreme, requiring a reset in how we design homes. Building performance is now as critical as aesthetics. This program presents a holistic approach to designing truly sustainable, climate-responsive housing for both northern and southern regions. Rather than relying on generic checklist programs, it highlights proven, climate-specific strategies and design solutions that come before and build on building science principles. Attendees will learn the “why” behind the science, not just the “how,” and gain practical insights for creating durable, efficient, and resilient homes.
