Joseph Irons is the President and General Manager of Irons Brothers Construction, Inc., a design-build firm in Shoreline, WA. He leads a local, state and nationally award-winning company and has been a leader in residential remodeling since 1999. His commitment to his clients, the community, his employees, business partners, and the building industry, has led to over a 26-year track record of success. In addition to being the 2016 President of the largest & oldest home builders’ association, (Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties) and the 2022 Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW) President, Joseph is also a published author and accredited educator in Washington State. He enjoys training fellow Builders, Architects, Designers, Occupational and Physical Therapists, as Aging-in-Place Specialists. Joseph obtained his credentials as Washington State's 2nd Certified Builder in 2018, and in 2019 his firm received the National Association of Home Builder’s Safety Award for their commitment to safe work practices. Joseph is philanthropist who volunteers his personal and company’s time to several local charities and non-profits. Two of these include – their team’s annual birdhouse building project, they have built over 600 birdhouses with kids in Shoreline; and their annual wheelchair ramp build-out, at no cost to the recipient, through Rampathon program. When not working, Joseph enjoys outdoor recreational activities, traveling, and spending time with his wife Melissa and their two beautiful daughters Venetia & Samaria. You can also find Joseph riding his Harley around town and walking his 2 pups, Truffles and Leo. Joseph thinks the best part of every workday is making his clients remodeling dreams come true.
