Joshua Dean took the helm as President of Precision Homecrafters in January 2020, bringing a passion for quality craftsmanship and a vision for nurturing the company’s growth. He began his journey in the home building industry in 2004 with a focus on furniture making, quickly moving on to focus on the art of custom cabinetry. Joining Precision Homecrafters in 2013 marked a significant milestone, bringing his diverse skill set and visionary approach to the team. Joshua’s experience covers a wide range of projects with a special love for kitchen remodels. He finds great satisfaction in seeing a space’s transformation and its positive impact on a homeowner’s life. Joshua’s life is deeply rooted in the natural landscape and family life. An ardent outdoorsman, he finds solace in backcountry hunting. He treasures the moments spent with his family, whether supporting his stepdaughter or spending quality time with his wife, Jennifer and their four boys at their homestead just north of downtown Birmingham. As President, Joshua leads Precision Homecrafters with a down-to-earth approach, focusing on reliable service, quality building, and designing spaces that genuinely improve his clients’ lives.
