A passionate advocate for leveraging technology in homebuilding, Melissa specializes in using data-driven tools, AI platforms, and immersive digital experiences to enhance marketing effectiveness and streamline the buyer journey. She has played a key role in integrating intelligent design systems, launching performance-based campaigns, and transforming how buyers interact with the brand online. With over 14 years at Lombardo and prior roles at Centex Homes, Pinnacle Homes, and Robertson Homes, Melissa brings more than two decades of homebuilding marketing experience to the table. She holds a degree in Communications from Oakland University and is an active member of the Sales & Marketing Council for the HBA of Southeast Michigan.
