Precision Homecrafters

Joshua Dean took the helm as President of Precision Homecrafters in January 2020, bringing a passion for quality craftsmanship and a vision for nurturing the company’s growth. He began his journey in the home building industry in 2004 with a focus on furniture making, quickly moving on to focus on the art of custom cabinetry.  In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Joshua was entrusted with the presidency of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders for 2022, and served as chair for the Alabama Home Builders Association remodelers.

Joshua’s life is deeply rooted in the natural landscape and family life. An ardent outdoorsman, he finds solace in backcountry hunting and fishing, but more than the outdoors he treasures the moments spent with his family, whether encouraging his grown stepdaughter or spending quality time with his wife (Jennifer) and their four boys (aged 12, 11, 9, & 8).
