Rachel joined MiTek in 2018 as Vice President of Enterprise Communications and Philanthropy
and has served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) since April 2021.

In her role, Rachel is charged with creating and executing a global communications and corporate
social responsibility strategy, including sustainability and corporate citizenship. Through these
initiatives, Rachel has played an instrumental role in the company’s transformation and cultural
change. She also represents the company as a trustee of the Structural Building Components
Association (SBCA) Foundation.

Before coming to MiTek, Rachel has had roles of increasing responsibility in corporate
philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, including serving as Deputy Superintendent of Institutional
Advancement for the Saint Louis Public School District, Civic Relationship Manager at Wells
Fargo Advisors, and Program Coordinator at the St. Louis Regional Business Council.

Rachel was a 2005 Teach For America – St. Louis Corps Member and taught high school Spanish.
She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Center of Creative
Arts (COCA), the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
Rachel has a degree in political science from Boston University. She and her husband Jermal live
in St. Louis. They have two children: Avery, 11 and Leo, 8.
