    This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the project management principles and techniques needed to efficiently complete ambitious goals set out by your organization and clients. You will learn the fundamentals of managing projects successfully, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

    Through this course, you will explore the role of a project manager across all phases of a project: pre-construction, construction and post-construction.
